Phyllis Edra (Jackson) Motley, 76, of Russellville, died Saturday, September 21, 2019,at her home with her husband and family at her side. A daughter of Ray and Zoe Madge (Myers) Jackson, she was born April 6, 1943, in Russellville. She married Charles Leon Motley, on February 12, 1961, at Baldwin Park, CA. She was a Line Worker with ConAgra Foods for more than 15 years. She was raised in the Assembly of God faith and enjoyed gardening, yardwork, and crossword puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her father and mother-in-law, Charles & Ina Jean Motley; and a son-in-law, Jay Brixey. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles; their son, Greg Motley (Theresa) of Russellville; their daughter, Kelli Brixey of Russellville; three sisters: Judy Standridge of Clovis, CA; Raylin Sauer (Bill) of Eureka, CA; and Betty Wadler (Harold) of Soquel, CA; three brothers: Ernie Jackson (Linda) of Clarksville; Ronnie Jackson (Toni) of Clarksville; and Robert Jackson of Arkansas; five grandchildren: Brandon Motley (Kristin), Jason Motley (Felicia), Phylicia Motley, Brooklyn Spickard (James), and Seth Brixey; eight great grandchildren: Griffin, Graham & Brynn Motley; Jaxon & Camden Motley; Madison Duvall, Carter Davis & Hayden Radak; and many other nieces and nephews.
