Virginia June Sorrells

June 6, 1925 ~ October 24, 2016 (age 91)
Virginia "June" Bullock Sorrells, 91, of Russellville, died Monday, October 24,
2016 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. The daughter of
Robert E. Lee Bullock and Mittie Frazier Bullock, she was born June 6, 1925 in Fort Smith. She was a 1944 graduate of Dover High School. She met her husband Ray for the first time at the Eureka Cafe in downtown Russellville where she was a waitress. They were married on September 7, 1947 in Russellville. The family moved to Anaheim, California in 1958 and returned to Russellville in 1971 when Raymond established Sorrells Body Shop. June always ministered and served her friends and family. She was a volunteer at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center and also worked at Mortons Frozen Food Plant in Russellville. She was a member of West Side Church of Christ and was preceded in death by her husband Raymond M. Sorrells; her parents; an infant daughter; and 15 siblings.

Survivors include four sons, Stephen Sorrells, Russellville, Randall Sorrells and wife Jeanne, Oklahoma City, OK, Jamie Sorrells and wife Beth, Russellville, Jeff Sorrells & wife Margi, Farmington; six grandchildren, Michael Sorrells & wife Amber, Oklahoma City, Ok, Vandy Moore & husband Keith, Russellville, Melanie Cooke & husband David, Russellville, Jackson Sorrells, Russellville, Caleb Sorrells, Farmington, and Leah Sorrells, Farmington; 4 great grandchildren, Casey and Cody Sorrells Oklahoma City, Nellie and Lindy June Moore, Russellville; sister, Mary Barton, Russellville

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, October 28, 2016 at Humphrey
Chapel. Mr. Dan Lightfoot will officiate. Burial will be at Rest Haven
Memorial Park in Russellville by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be
from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, on Thursday, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be; Mike Sorrells, Caleb Sorrells, Jackson Sorrells, Sam Sorrells, Keith Moore, David Cooke, Casey Sorrells, Cody Sorrells, and Andy Barton
