Marshall N. Wood Obituary (1939

Marshall N. Wood, 63, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Saturday, October 11, 2003 at his home in Russellville. The son of Jess and Olvie (Harrison) Wood, he was born October 27, 1939 in Delaware, Arkansas. He married Linda Willis on April 21, 1962 at Ola, Arkansas. He owned and operated Woodline Motor Freight in Russellville for 30 years and was Baptist in faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors include his wife, Linda Wood, of Russellville; one daughter, Marsha Merrick and husband Les of Jonesboro; two sons, Mark Wood of Russellville, Robert Wood and wife Brenda of Tulsa; three grandchildren, Leah and Luke Merrick of Jonesboro, Stefanie Wood of Tulsa; three sisters, Shirley Davis of Russellville, Imogene Sawrie of Little Rock, Wilma Warwa of Little Rock. A Private Family Memorial Service is planned for a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. PDF Printable Version
