Patience Autumn Fawn Hammock, infant daughter of Joshua and Precious Krystal Dawn Spears Hammock of Russellville, AR, died Monday, April 10, 2006 at her home. She was born February 22, 2006 in Russellville, AR. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Danny Hull; a great uncle, Jr. Flud; great great uncle, Smitty Smith; two aunts; Cheyenne Martin, Fawn Jones; one uncle, Rayden Dante Jones. Survivors include her parents Joshua Edmon Hammock and Precious Krystal Dawn Spears Hammock of Russellville; Maternal Grandparents, Paula Elizabeth and Kenneth Dale Swopes of Russellville; Paternal Grandparents, Theresa and Bill Grey of Benton; maternal great grandparents, Keffor Hearne of Russellville and Paul Jones of Florida, Marty & Donna Miller of Dover; five aunts, Tosha Swopes of Knoxville, Carla Jones of North Carolina, Rebecca Hull of Little Rock, Taylor and Jordon Grey of Benton; one uncle, J.R. Spears of Russellville; godparents, Nathan & Glenda Cunningham of London Funeral will be at 2:00p.m. Friday, April 14, 2006 at Humphrey Chapel. Reverend Howard Wheeler will officiate. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park at Russellville, AR by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be 5:00p.m.-6:00p.m Thursday at the funeral home.
