OBITUARY

Julia "Judy" Traylor Garrett, 78, of Russellville, died peacefully Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville.  A daughter of Francis and Elizabeth (Mitcham) Garrett, she was born May 3, 1942, in Little Rock.

Judy graduated from North Little Rock High School and attended Little Rock University and served a life of many varied work experiences.  Judy was a display artist for Dillard’s and JC Penney at McCain...

Thank you, Mr. Abbott. She had a good life in Russellville. I didn’t expect to spend December this way. She was such a fighter and I just knew she would wake up and ask for a Diet Coke!

Judy was energetic , fun loving, happy person as she led the NLR Wildcat Band as majorette.
The first female to do it.

Thank you, Linda! She was an amazing person in so many ways. She loved her time at NLRHS. My grandson pulled up yearbook pictures when she was Drum Major. Pretty awesome for a spunky kid.
