Martha Lee Arnold Taylor, 76, of Pottsville, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Sherwood. The daughter of Mac and Beulah Starnes Arnold, she was born September 14, 1944 in Fayetteville. She married Jackie Taylor, on May 14, 1982 at Russellville. Martha was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the Treasure Lake R.V. Club in Branson as well as a member of the Woodlawn Free Will Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. She enjoyed playing cards, dominoes, crochet, blogging, reading Facebook and playing farmtown, flower gardening, photography and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Kathryn Larayne McGlothlin; two brothers, Dean Daniel, Gene Daniel and a sister Doris McBride.
Martha is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jackie Taylor of Pottsville; a daughter, Sharon Taylor Carter (Todd) of Dardanelle; a son, Bill McGlothlin (Christie) of Pottsville; four grandchildren, Kyle Carter (Kirbi) of Dardanelle; Cendyl Carter McGowan (Jordan) of Bernie, MO; Kayla McGlothlin Howie (Patric) of Little Rock; Kaleb McGlothlin of Hector; two great grandchildren, Carter McGowan of Bernie, MO and Kippy Carter of Dardanelle.
Graveside Service and burial will be held Monday, February 1, 2021 at Pisgah Cemetery by Humphrey Funeral Service. Bro. Dale Kester and Bro. Jerry Burris will officiate. Open visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, on Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Woodlawn Free Will Baptist Church, 110 Sequoyah Way, Russellville, Arkansas 72801.
