Veteran's Day is Monday, November 11, 2019.  Our Salute to Freedom Task Force is launching preparations for the events that will help our community lend support to our nation's men & women who are serving and have served in military duty.  The day will feature the Annual Pope County - Russellville Veteran's Day Parade which is one of the largest in the state of Arkansas.  Over 50 entries, including the marching bands of Arkansas Tech University, Russellville High School and Russellville Junior High School, will parade through downtown Main Street.  Other activities and events of the day are in formulation and will be announced soon.  For parade entry information, call 479-968-4411.

About Us

In 1933, Guy Gardner founded Gardner Funeral Home. After Mr. Gardner passed away, Herman & Kate Humphrey purchased the funeral home in 1960. Working for over 57 years, Herman was associated with over 11, 750 funeral services before his death in 1997. Today, Jim Bob & Betty Humphrey own and operate the family business.

In August, 1974, the Humphrey family moved the firm from its South Denver location, to its current location at 2801 West Main Street, to better serve our growing area.
